I have decided I will NEVER be caught up...so here we go anyway

We took the kids to the pumpkin patch that is about one minute from our house. It is kind of small but perfect for them. The boys loved riding in the wagon and picking out pumpkins. The have a small "Hay Maze" for the kids and my boys could have stayed there all night.





Believe it or not this was the FIRST and only picture we got of all of us that night. It is a modern day miracle that we are all a) looking at the camera b) no one is crying c)most of us are actually smiling. I consider this a successful night!!

THE CARVING OF THE PUMPKINS!!
Brad's dad was over and we were watching the Hofheins two older kids while they took Logan to the Dr. to get stiches (long story), so we decided to pull out pumpkins and carve them with Grandpa. Here are a few pics from the event.
Kam said the marker all over the pumpkins face was its tatoo's..."just like Boozer".
KyKy isn't into the slimy pumpkin guts thing. He starts dry heaving if he even gets to close. He likes blowing out the candles in the pumpkins though.



HALLOWEEN!!
We had a great halloween this year. We went trick or treating with some families in our ward. Kam loved every second of it. He would full on RUN from house to house...now that I think about it that is what I should have done and maybe it would have helped me work off all the candy I have been eating! Ky loved following all the big kids around. Ky is super picky about candy, so it was funny sometimes when someone would hand him a candy he didn't like he would say "NO, I don't like that" and hand it back :). One of the dads that came with us had a little wagon with his kid in it and he let Tyce sit in it and be pulled around. It worked out perfect! Ky and Tyce were done after like 20 min so I took them home while Brad finished out the neighborhood with Kam. After that we headed over the the Benders and had an AWESOME dinner and let the kids play. Thanks Steve and Chantel for a great party. It was so fun and I am sure so much work, so thanks for hosting and thanks for inviting us "non-neighbors"!
